Annual General Meeting的縮寫，指在財政年度結束後不久邀請股東就公司的年度報告、財務報表和年終估息等事宜進行表決而召開的大會。公司常在新財政年度的頭幾個月內召開年會，並藉此向股東彙報公司的業務前景。Abbreviation of Annual General Meeting.
